Chhyangdi Hydropower earns Rs 3.57 crore from electricity sale till Q2; Annualized EPS at Rs 9.16

Chhyangdi Hydropower Limited (CHL) has reported a 27.62% rise in net profit till the second quarter of the FY 2076/77.

According to the unaudited financial report published today, its net profit amounts to Rs. 1.30 Crore which was Rs. 1.02 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY 2075/76. However, net profit transferred to balance sheet stands at Rs.1.34 crore compared to previous years Rs.1.71 crore.

It earned Rs.3.57 Crore as income from electricity sales to NEA, it amounted Rs. 3.22 Crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Its share capital remains at Rs.28.35 Crore. The reserve fund of the company has decreased to Rs.1.34 Crore in the second quarter from Rs.1.71 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Its annualized earning per share stands at Rs.9.16 and net worth per share is Rs.104.75 with a PE ratio of 9.80 times.
