Chhimek Laghubitta to convene 18th AGM o Mangsir 30, 2076; bonus shares worth Rs.32 Crore to be endorsed

The 238th BOD meeting of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL) has decided that the 18th AGM of the company will be held on Mangsir 30, 2076 (December 16. 2019) at Hotel Samna, Hetauda from 10:30 AM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial statement of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The AGM will also endorse 27.1186% bonus shares worth Rs.32 Crore and 17.2168% cash dividend (including tax on bonus shares) worth Rs.20.31 Crore out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders. The BOD will be authorized to take decisions regarding merger and acquisitions. Post bonus shares, the paid up capital of CBBL will be Rs 1.50 arba.
For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from Mangsir 16, 2076 till the date of AGM. Investors holding shares of the company till Mangsir 15, 2076 will be eligible to claim dividend and participate in the AGM of the company.
