Chhimek Laghubitta proposes 44.33% dividend; Bonus worth Rs 32 crore and cash dividend worth Rs 20.31 crore

Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (CBBL) has proposed 44.33% dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
The 236th Board meeting held on Bhadra 24, 2076 has proposed to distribute bonus and cash dividend to its shareholders. The percentage and amount of dividend are as follows:
Bonus shares: 27.1186% worth Rs 32 crore
Cash Dividend: 17.2168% worth Rs 20.31 crore (including the amount for tax purposes)
Total dividend: 44.3354% worth Rs 52.31 crore
The dividend is being proposed as a percentage of its paid-up capital standing at Rs 1.18 arba. The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming Annual General Meeting.
