Chhimek Laghubitta distributing bonus shares, cash dividend warrants from today

Chhimek Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited is distributing bonus share certificates and cash dividend warrants to its shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70 from today.
The 12th AGM of the microfinance development bank held in Hetauda had endorsed 15 percent cash and 33.23 percent bonus Share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year.
Chhimek Laghubitta had posted a net profit of Rs.10.77 crore in the last fiscal year.
The dividend warrants and the bonus share certificates are being distributed through its RTS, NMB Capital at Babarmahal in Kathmandu from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, and from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Fridays.
