Chhimek Laghubitta has convened its 20th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Rishi Raj Joshi on Poush 23, 2078.
Apart from endorsing the regular financial reports, the AGM also re-elected Mr. Rishi Raj Joshi as the director of the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
The microfinance company currently serves 4 lakh rural households with its 192 branches in 68 districts and had earned a net profit of Rs 1.31 arba during the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.
