Chhimek Laghubitta convenes 19th AGM; endorses all financial reports with election of 2 new board members from public shareholder group

Chhimek Laghubitta has convened its 19th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Biswamitra Shrestha on Poush 29, 2077.
The microfinance had earned Rs 66.21 crore as net profit during the review period. The AGM elected two board members Mr. Karna Bahadur Ghale and Mr. Prakash Raj Bista from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
The microfinance currently has 137 branches in 67 districts serving more than 3.79 lakh rural households.
