Chhimek Laghubitta begins mobile banking and QR pay service for its depositors; aims to expand penetration of mobanking service to 40% of clients in next 3 years

Chhimek Laghubitta has begun its mobile banking and QR pay service which was kickstarted by the Acting Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Dr. Neelam Dhungana Timsina.

The microfinance currently has 4.25 lakh customers and aims to expand the coverage of its mobile banking service to 40% of its clients in the coming 3 years, as per the media statement.

The microfinance currently serves its 4 lakh plus rural household customers from its 195 branches across 69 districts of the nation.
