Chhaya Devi Complex to go public; appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager to float its 10% shares
Chhaya Devi Complex Limited has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager for the issuance of its shares to the general public.
The agreement was signed between MD of the business complex Mr. Maheswor Prakash Shrestha and MD of the merchant banker Mr. Dinesh Thakali, amid a program on Chaitra 6, 2078.
The company is looking forward to floating 10% of its shares to the general public, as per the media statement.
