Chautari Laghubitta announced 3rd AGM; Book to remain close on Falgun 29, 2075

Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CHLBS) has announced its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 16, 2075. The AGM is going to be held at Amrapali Cottage & Restaurant, Sukhanagar, Butwal from 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for merger and acquisition
- To upgrade the work area of the company from existing 15 districts to national level microfinance company
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
- Other agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of the FY 2074/75 and appointment of the auditor for the FY 2075/76. Further, for the governing committee, electing 2 representatives from public shareholders.
The book closure date for the AGM has been set from Falgun 29 to Chaitra 16, 2075. But only those shareholders holding shares till Falgun 28, 2075 i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM.
