Chautari Laghubitta and Aarambha Laghubitta to start joint transaction after successful merger from Ashad 22, 2077
Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CHLBS) and Aarambha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AMFI) after the successful merger to commence its joint transaction in the name of Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
Publishing a notice today, the microfinance has informed that the joint transaction will begin from Ashad 22, 2077. Similarly, the registered head office will be located at Ward no 10, Banepal, Bagmati Province.
The swap ratio has been established at the ratio of 1:1. After the completion of the acquisition process, the promoter public shareholding ratio will stand at 63.66:36.34.
Both the parties had signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding the merger of both the entities on 22nd Jestha, 2076. NEPSE has halted trading in securities of both the institutions from 23rd Jestha, 2076, until further notice.
