Chartered Accountants urges government to extend deadline for tax clearance and company renewal; cites difficulties in meeting deadline due to COVID pandemic

Association of Chartered Accountants in Nepal has urged the respective government bodies to extend the deadline for tax clearance and renewal of the companies till the month of Chaitra for which the regular practice is Poush end every year.

Chairman of the association Mr. Aananda Raj Sharma Wagle led a delegation to meet the Finance Minister Mr. Bishnu Pokharel to demand the extension of the deadline citing the ongoing situation of the COVID pandemic, as per the media statement.
