Change in Share Structure of Seven Commercial Banks

Seven Commercial Banks Share structure came to change through the means of Nepse following the permission from Nepal Rastra Bank and SEBON.
As per the new rule floated few months back, 19% promoter shares can be converted to ordinary shares through the medium of secondary market after getting permission from Nepal Rastra Bank and SEBON.
With the implementation of this provision, the status of following seven Bank and Financial Institutions’ (BFIs) share structure has been changed to 51% promoter share and 49% public share.
