Chandragiri Hills to convene its AGM on Poush 30; Plans to issue 15 lakh unit shares as IPO for general public

Chandragiri Hills Limited has proclaimed its 9^th AGM to be convened on Poush 30, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of its corporate office in Thankot at 3:00 PM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. To make amendments in its MoA and regulations.
2. Approval for issuing 15 lakh unit shares of worth Rs 15 crore (10% of issued capital) as IPO for the general public
3. To provide authority to the BOD to make amendments in the MoA in future

Other agendas include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and appointment of 1 director.
