Chamber officials meet finance secretary to push back SEBON’s policy; denounces restriction in sales of shares by promoters for 1 year
Nepal Chamber of Commerce has denounced the recent policy of SEBON that restricts promoters of any company from selling off their holding for one year these shareholders remain on the board of that company.
Meeting the finance secretary Krishna Hari Pushkar, the delegate from the chamber urged the government to intervene in this new policy from SEBON, as per the media statement.
