Century Commercial Bank scrip debuts at Rs 260; high demand at Rs 280

The much-awaited primary shares of Century Commercial Bank Limited debuted today at Rs 260.

According to sources at various broker outlets, there is also a high demand for the scrip at Rs 280 at around 12:45 PM, propelled by pressure from both buyers and sellers.

Since the primary scrip was first traded at Rs 260 when the market opened this morning, the circuit level for the scrip today is Rs 286.

Century had signed the listing agreement with Nepal Stock Exchange on May 30.
On the basis of its financial report for the third quarter, the price brand of Century’s scrip was Rs 110.7 to Rs 330.21.

Since Century scrip was being traded between Rs 230 and Rs 260 at the OTC, experts opine that it might eventually settle at Rs 250 or even as much as Rs 300.
