Century Commercial Bank Converting Promoter Shares

Century Commercial Bank Limited has published a notice regarding the conversion of promoter shareholding.

The company has already received the central bank's approval to convert the promoter shareholding from 53.41% to 51%. Thus, a portion of the promoter shares will now be converted to ordinary shares.

Promoters unwilling to convert their shares will have to submit a declaration letter to the company's central office in Putalisadak within 35 days of unveiling of this notice. If such a declaration is not received by the deadline, the bank will assume automatic approval and convert the shares.

The ordinary shares of CCBL closed at Rs. 228.9 yesterday.
