Century Commercial Bank convenes 8th AGM; elects 3 BoDs unanimously from public shareholders

Century Commercial Bank has convened its 8^th AGM on  Baisakh 12, 2076 under the leadership of bank’s chairman Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shrestha. The AGM has unanimously elected Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shrestha, Mr. Sunil Kumar Neupane and Mr. Abhisek Bajracharya into the board from the public shareholders’ group. The AGM has also endorsed the board’s decision to provide 2% bonus shares and 4.50% cash dividend to its shareholders.

The bank currently provides its services from 111 branches, 8 extension counters and 13 branchless banking units located throughout the nation.
