Century Commercial Bank also joins Rastra Bank’s RTGS payment gateway service; interbank fund transfer to become easier for customers

Century Commercial  Bank and Nepal Rastra Bank have inked a MoU under which the commercial bank will become the new member of the Real Time Gross Settlement RTGS payment system that the central bank recently rolled out to make inter bank payment for the banking customers easier and quicker.

The agreement regarding the same was signed on Bhadra 22, 2076 between ED of Payment Department of NRB Mr. Bam Bahadur Mishra and CEO of the bank Mr. Tulasi Ram Gautam.

Following the agreement, customers can transfer amount from their account in a member bank to another bank account in a real time just by submitting an application from any branch of the member bank, as per the media statement.
