Century Bank to float subsidized loan to entrepreneurs engaged in garment and shoe production and sales;  aims to uplift businesses affected by COVID induced financial crises

Century Commercial Bank has inked an agreement with Bhotebahal Garment Producers and Distributors Association and Nepal Shoes and Sandles Association to provide subsidized credit facilities to the entrepreneurs associated with these organizations in order to support their COVID induced financial crises.

The agreement regarding the same was signed between Agro and Marginalized Loan head of the bank Mr. Prabin Kumar Dahal, SME Loan head of the bank Mr. Rajendra Prashad Timsina, Chairman of Nepal National Professionals Association Mr. Naresh Kumar Katuwal, chair of garment producers and distributors Mr. Chandra Lamichhane, and chair of shoe and Sandles association Mr. Aananda Paudel amid a program.

The bank currently has 120 branches, 10 extension counters, 22 branchless banking units, and 88 ATM outlets under its network.
