Century Bank to convene AGM on Chaitra 14; Book closure on Falgun 30

Century Commercial Bank (CCBL) will be convening its ninth AGM on Chaitra 14, 2076 Friday at Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.
The 306th Board Meeting held on Falgun 20, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of the audited financial report of the FY 2075/76.
- Approval of the consolidated financial statements of 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- Approval of bonus shares worth 2% of worth Rs 16.83 crore and 4.75% cash dividend worth Rs 39.97 crore including tax amount.
- Election of 3 directors representing promoter group.
The book closure is on Falgun 30, 2076. Therefore shareholders maintained on the books till Falgun 29 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim the dividend.
