Century Bank holds AGM

KATHMANDU, APR 13:
Century Commercial Bank held its second AGM in the capital on Friday under the leadership of its chairman Dr Prafulla Kumar Kafle. The AGM approved the financials of fiscal year 2011-12. The bank was able to collect deposits worth Rs 4.46 billion and its loans and advances touched Rs 4.20 billion with a net profit of Rs 3.12 million till the end of last fiscal year. The bank is planning to float an initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 920 million.
