Century Bank announces 6% bonus and 3.47% Cash dividend

The BOD meeting of Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) has proposed 6 percent bonus share and 3.47 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The BoD meeting of bank has decided to recommend a dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The bank has earned Rs 10.45 crore as operating profit in the fiscal year 2070/71. The total deposit stood at Rs 23 arba and mobilized Rs 19.70 arba as loan and advances.
