Century Bank 6% bonus share certificates distribution from today

Centuary Bank Limited (CCBL) is distributing 6% bonus share certificate to their shareholders from today (Ashad 20, 2072).
CCBL 4th AGM had endorsed 6% bonus shares and 3.45% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The company has already started distributing cash dividend from 12th April, 2015 to its shareholders.
The stock dividend of CCBL would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday at their RTS, Civil capital Market limited located at Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
Century Bank had reported net profit of Rs.16.30 crore in its third quarter company analysis of the fiscal year 2071/72.
