Central Finance to convene AGM on Falgun 16; Book Closure on Magh 28, 2076

Central Finance (CFCL) will be convening its 23rd AGM on Falgun 16, 2076 at Nepal Prasasanik Prasichhyan Pratisthan, Jwalakhel, Lalitpur from 11 AM onwards.
The 284th Board Meeting held on Magh 19, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of financial reports for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor for the year 2076/77 and determination of remuneration.
- Approval of 7% cash dividend with Rs 5.76 crore.
The book closure date has been set on Magh 28, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till Magh 27, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim the dividend.
