Central Finance to conduct its 22nd AGM on 5th Chaitra, 2075: Company to endorse 7% cash dividend

Central Finance Limited (CFCL) is going to conduct its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 5, 2075. The AGM will be held at Nepal Prasasanik Prashikshan Pratisthan, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur at 11:00 AM. The agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse a 7% cash dividend of its paid-up capital

• Due to the merger with the Bhaktapur Finance Company, the shareholders holding company's shares till 2073/12/10 will be exempted from the dividend tax as it is the second year of merging.

The paid-up capital of the company in Q2 is Rs. 82.34 crore. Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of the financial report for the FY 2074/75 and appointment of the statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2075/76. The book will remain closed on 23rd of Falgun for the AGM. The LTP of the stock stands at Rs 114.
