Central Finance proposes 7% cash dividend; Find its dividend history

Central Finance Limited (CFCL) has proposed 7% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
The 283rd Board Meeting held on Poush 24, 2076 has decided to propose 7% cash dividend worth Rs 5.76 crore. Its current paid-up capital stands at Rs 82.33 crore.
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal rastra bank and the upcoming 23rd AGM of the Finance.
