Central Finance Declares 5% Cash Dividend for FY 2078/79

Central Finance Limited (CFCL) has declared a 5% cash dividend for FY 2078/79.

The 321st meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 03 has decided to declare a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. This cash dividend is declared on the paid-up capital of Rs. 94,88,75,458.72. Thus, the cash dividend is worth Rs. 4,74,43,772.94.

The cash dividend will be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's AGM. The upcoming 26th AGM of the company will endorse the dividend.
