Central Finance convenes its 24th AGM; endorses proposal of 10% dividend to its shareholders

Central Finance has convened its 24th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Magh 23, 2077.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 7% bonus shares and 3% cash dividend to the shareholders, as per the media statement.
The finance company with a paid-up capital of Rs 82.33 Crore had raised deposits of Rs 5.28 arba, and disbursed loans of Rs 3.58 arba till the end of Asar, 2077, as per the media statement.
The finance company currently has 14 branches across the major cities of the nation.
