Central Finance convenes 23rd AGM; endorses decision to provide 7% cash dividend

Central Finance has convened its 23^rd AGM on Falgun 16, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair. The AGM has endorsed 7% cash dividend for its shareholders from its net profit.

Central Finance has Rs 82.35 crore in paid up capital, Rs 4.03 arba, loan figure of Rs 3.40 arba.

The finance has its 10 branches in different districts and is mulling to open 2 more branches and 2 extension counters and will be operating from its corporate office in Kupandol in a near future.
