Central Finance convenes 22nd AGM; to provide 7% cash dividend

Central Finance has convened its 22nd AGM on Chaitra 5, 2075 which has endorsed the board’s decision to provide 7 % cash dividend to its shareholders. The AGM also endorsed its financial reports from the previous fiscal year 2074-75.
The finance company with its head office in Kupandol has 8 branches in its network and is mulling to open one more branch in Bhiman of Sinduli in a near future, as mentioned in the media statement.
