Central Finance AGM today to offer 10% bonus and right shares each

Central Finance Limited is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, which inter alias, is scheduled to endorse 10 percent bonus shares, and another 10 percent right shares after calculating the bonus shares from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year.

The finance company based in the capital had earlier this month announced the book closure from July 3 for the 16th AGM being held at the Staff Colleage in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.

Central Finance had posted a net profit growth of Rs 2.05 crore in the last fiscal year 2069/70.

It may be also noted that the finance company had increased its profit by 8 percent in the previous fiscal year as compared to the year before that.

The finance company headquartered at Kupondole, Lalitpur has branches in several parts of the country, including Chabahil, Narayangadh, and Butwal.
