Central Finance AGM on July 15 to offer 10% bonus and right shares each

Central Finance Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for July 15, which inter alias, is scheduled to endorse 10 percent bonus shares, and another 10 percent right shares after calculating the bonus shares from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year.

Issuing a notice today, the finance company based in the capital has stated that it has announced the book closure from July 3 for the 16th AGM to be held at the Staff Colleage in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.

Central Finance had posted a net profit growth of Rs 2.05 crore in the last fiscal year 2069/70.

It may be also noted that the finance company had increased its profit by 8 percent in the previous fiscal year as compared to the year before that.

The finance headquartered at Kupondole, Lalitpur has branches in several parts of the country, including Chabahil, Narayangadh, and Butwal.
