Established as a subsidiary of Shree Nabil Bank Limited, our primary objective has been to offer services related to securities business, commonly known as merchant banking.

With authorization from the Securities Board Of Nepal (SEBON), the regulatory body of the capital market, received on Baisakh 13, 2067, we have been conducting securities business under the Securities Act, rules, guidelines, and other prevailing laws.
