CEDB Hydro Fund announces AGM on Baisakh 30; to endorse bonus shares

CEDB Hydro Fund Limited will be conducting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 30, 2075. The AGM is going to be held at the registered office of the company at Maitri Hall, Indreni Foodland, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse bonus shares and dividends
- To amend the Memorandum and Articles of the company.
Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of financial highlights of the FY 2072/73 and appointment of the auditors and the Board of Directors.
The book closure for the AGM has been set from Baishakh 14 to Baishakh 30, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding shares until Baisakh 13, 2075 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and for the bonus shares.
