CDSC turns 2
KATHMANDU,DEC 25:
Central Depository System and Clearing Company Ltd (CDSC) has completed one year of registration. CDSC has already undertaken procurement of software and provided training to depository participants and register and transfer agents. CDSC was granted license by the capital market regulator this August but it has not been able to get the operations started due to delay in getting its bylaws approved from the regulator.
