CDSC may start operations soon‚ says Sebon
KATHMANDU, April 22:
CDS and Clearing Ltd (CDSC) will start operations soon, said the capital market regulator here today.
“If the capital market regulator finds the infrastructure satisfactory, CDSC will get a license to operate soon,” said Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) that has asked CDSC to submit details regarding its infrastructure as per Central Depository System Regulation 2067.
CDSC was inaugurated on March 31 after the regulator had granted the Letter of Intent (LoI).
