CDSC hosts meet
KATHMANDU:
CDS and Clearing Ltd (CDSC) recently held an issuer awareness programme in Pokhara to attract Pokhara-based listed companies for dematerialisation of shares. Despite being fully equipped, Nepal’s only central depository for shares has been unable to start operations due to the absence of companies that have registered shares at CDSC for dematerialisation. CDSC informed participants of benefits of getting their shares dematerialised, requesting them to register shares soon.
