CDSC dematerialized 10 crore units share of Nepal Re-Insurance Company; now company shares can be listed in NEPSE

CDS and Clearing Limited has dematerialized the shares of Nepal Re-Insurance company Limited. The total 10 crore units share of par value Rs 100 including 1.6 crore units public share and 8.40 crore units promoter shares were dematerialized as per the rules and guidelines prescribed by Securities Act, 2063.
Nepal Re-Insuranace company had recently issued 1.6 crore units share worth Rs 1.6 arba to general public. Now the company shares can be listed in NEPSE.
