CDS and Clearing to convene AGM on Poush 27; Agenda to approve 25% cash dividend

CDS and Clearing will be convening its 9th AGM on Poush 27, 2076 at Share Markets Commercial Complex, fourth floor, Putalisadak, Kathmandu from 9 Am onwards.
The Board Meeting held on Poush 05, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report of the Board.
- Approval of the audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- Approval of 25% cash dividend.
