CBIL Capital convenes 14th AGM; endorses 10% cash dividend for its shareholders

CBIL Capital has convened its 14th AGM on Mangsir 19, 2077 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Paras Kumar Kafle.
Apart from endorsing other financial reports for the fiscal year 2076-77, the AGM has also endorsed 10% cash dividend.
The AGM also endorsed the decision to continue Subodh Association as the company’s auditor for the ongoing fiscal year, as per the media statement.
