CBIL Capital Calls AGM on Ashwin 28; What Are the Agendas?

CBIL Capital Limited (CBIL) has called its 16th AGM on 28th Ashwin, 2079. The meeting will be held in CBIL Capital's head office located at Dillibazar, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) To approve appointment of Directors according to rule of the company.
5) To add objectives in Article of Association of the company.

Ashwin 14 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
