CBIL Capital appoints new chairman after Mr. Samir Dahal resigns; Mr. Paras Kumar Kafle hops in for remaining term
CBIL Capital has appointed Mr. Paras Kumar Kafle as its new chairman from the 66th board meeting held on Bhadra 26, 2076 after the former chairman Mr. Samir Prasad Dahal resigned from his position.
The merchant bank functions as issue manager, portfolio manager, share underwriter, mutual fund management, demat account opening and management.
