CBIL Capital appoints 2 new independent BoDs; Jyotsna Bohora and Abhijit Mool join the board

C.B.I.L. Capital, through its 105th board meeting held on Poush 24, 2079 has appointed Ms. Jyotsna Bohora Pandey and Mr. Abhijit Mool as its independent board of directors.
Ms. Bohora has 18 plus years of managerial-level working experience at different insurance companies while Mr. Mool has seven plus years of different national and international exposures, as per the media statement.
