Care Ratings Nepal to convene AGM on Mangsir 05, 2076; Agenda to approve 21.05% cash dividend

Care Ratings Nepal Limited (CARE) will be convening its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 05, 2076 (November 21, 2019) at Radisson Hotel, Kathmandu from 5 PM onwards.

The 22nd Board Meeting held on Ashwin 23, 2076 has decided on following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:

• Approval of 21.05% cash dividend proposed by the Board.
• Approval of the Annual Report to be presented by the Chairman along with financial statements for the year 2075/76 to be presented by the auditors.
• Appointment of the auditor and determination of remuneration for the same.
