Care Rating to convene AGM on Kartik 29; To endorse financial report

Care Ratings Nepal Limited will be convening its 1st and 2nd Annual General Meeting on Kartik 29, 2075. The meeting will be convened in Radisson Hotel, Kathmandu at 5:00 PM.
The main agenda of the meeting include authority to the BOD to make necessary changes in the MOA and regulations of the company.
Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of financial report for the FY 2074/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.
