Lumbini Bank Limited proposes to exercise below mentioned options to raise the paid up capital of the bank to NPR 8 billion within stipulated time frame.
For the FY 2071/72 Lumbini Bank has proposed 13.84% bonus share .Likewise it has proposed 33.80% bonus share in the Fiscal year 2072/73.The bank is issuing 12 % right share in FY 2072/73. The commercial bank has proposed 18.90% bonus share for the FY 2073/74.

Lumbini Bank Limited proposes to exercise below mentioned options to raise the paid up capital of the bank to NPR 8 billion within stipulated time frame.
For the FY 2071/72 Lumbini Bank has proposed 13.84% bonus share .Likewise it has proposed 33.80% bonus share in the Fiscal year 2072/73.The bank is issuing 12 % right share in FY 2072/73. The commercial bank has proposed 18.90% bonus share for the FY 2073/74.
