CA polls within mid-Nov: Regmi

KATHMANDU, MAY 29 -

Chairman of Interim Election Government Khil Raj Regmi has said that the government has been preparing to hold Constituent Assembly polls within mid-November.

He said the election date will be finalised once the talks with the political parties turns positive.

Addressing the 6th Republic Day in Tudikhel on Wednesday, Regmi said the government has been working hard to hold CA polls on time.

He maintained that his government was formed with the only intention to hold polls , thus, he said he would leave no stone unturned for the election.

Also on the occasion, Regmi said the government has been working in full speed to hold timely polls and that bilateral talks with all the political parties are underway to make a favorable environment for the election.
