BYD Opens Authorized Service Centre in Pokhara, Strengthening EV Support Network

Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of BYD in Nepal, has inaugurated a new official BYD Authorized Service Centre in Pokhara, operated by Flash Mobility Pvt. Ltd. The facility, located at Buddha Chowk-10, completes BYD Pokhara’s 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) ecosystem and strengthens after-sales support for customers across Gandaki Province.

Inaugurated on August 7, 2026, by Pokhara Metropolitan City Mayor Dhana Raj Acharya, the 7,233-square-foot facility features four vehicle lifts, dedicated maintenance bays, a high-voltage work area, genuine BYD spare parts storage and a vehicle washing bay. It can service around 15–16 vehicles per day.

The centre will provide periodic maintenance, battery inspections, mechanical and electrical repairs, dent and paint services, roadside assistance, warranty support and genuine spare parts, with trained technicians and dedicated service advisors. The expansion reflects BYD’s growing commitment to Nepal’s electric vehicle market and its efforts to provide customers with reliable and comprehensive after-sales services.
