Butwal Power to hold its AGM on Poush 6, 15% dividend to be approved

Butwal Power Company Limited (BPCL) is convening its 22th annual general meeting (AGM) on Poush 27, 2071. Publishing the notice today, BPCL said that its 22nd AGM will be held on Poush 27 at BPCL Head Office, Budhanagar in Kathmandu.

The AGM, among other agenda, is scheduled to approve the dividend proposed by its board of directors.

BPCL has already proposed 15 percent cash dividend – to the shareholders from the net profit posted in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

BPCL has also announced its book closure date on Poush 14. Those investors who have their names in the share register of the company until Poush 13 will only be entitled for the company’s dividend.
