Butwal Power offering 15% Cash Dividend; Book Closure on Poush 14

The BOD meeting of Butwal Power Company Limited (BPCL) has proposed 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71. However, the decision is subject to approval from the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The company has published a book closure date for its upcoming 22nd AGM on Poush 14, 2071.
Butwal Power Company Limited had offered 18 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
